An event, not a location

An assessment centre is an event not a location, assessing personal competencies in the current role or identifying qualities in potential recruits. Assessment Centres are a way of observing people over a period of time so that competencies can be measured, reactions and behaviours observed in order to build a broad picture of the individual.

At Latitude we believe that assessment centres play a key part in the recruitment and selection process.

A range of assessment tools

We can provide assessment centres which measure candidates across a full range of competencies, using a range of different assessment tools:

  • Practical exercises
All design to help you identify within the candidates, the skills that you would expect to see in the workplace.

Assessment centres allow you to compare a number of candidates at once and also give you an opportunity to see the candidate perform in a range of different activities. We can offer design only or design and administration services.
