Getting people into work
Latitude operate a number of Job Centre Plus contracts aimed at providing local unemployed people with appropriate skills, attitudes and behaviours to assist them into work.
We work with New Deal clients, long and short term unemployed residents, lone parents, graduates and school leavers seeking their first job, and those who have been made redundant, - motivating, building self esteem, providing job seeking and interview skills, promoting team working and safe working practices, and tackling personal barriers to employment.
Employers are vital in supporting these programmes by providing input on 'what employers want' by giving mock interviews or guaranteed interviews or ultimately giving our customers the opportunity they need to prove themselves.
